Free weights equipment enables the muscles to exercise and contract through a fuller range of movement, often utilizing other muscle groups along the way. It can, therefore, be regarded as an advanced muscle workout.

Strength

 

Strength training will help your body become stronger, leaner and healthier. Our fixed strength equipment focuses on specific muscle groups and is a great initiation into strength training. It’s perfect for building individual muscle mass and strength in a safe manner, as the machine guides the plane of your movement.

Cardio

 

Cardiovascular exercises are essential to any fitness routine whether your goal is to lose weight, gain weight or simply just to stay fit. Benefits of cardio include:

Functional training station
