Step & Box

Think a step work out with a bit more… oomph. With upper body kickboxing elements, step and box is a high intensity, interval class. For the whole body. You are definitely going to feel the burn!

Step & Tone

Step and Tone combines cardio and a healthy dash of toning thrown in the mix. Work your whole body with a bit of cardio and a wide range of exercises which toning the upper body, arms, shoulders, legs, thighs and abdomen.
