What to expect from a Viva Mind and Body class

Our instructors are highly trained and selected to provide the best possible leadership. Our studios are well-ventilated and spacious enough to generally accommodate everyone who would like to join. That said, we aim to keep classes small enough to make sure everyone gets individual attention from the instructor.

We also make sure the classes are structured in a way that allows you to join at any time and increase intensity as you improve.

The class structure may vary slightly depending on who is leading the class or the gym you are attending, but generally, it will have the following format:

  • Warm-up
  • Movement sequence
  • Cool-down

What equipment will I use?

The classes take place in the gym studio and will usually involve the use of medicine balls, resistance bands or yoga blocks. We provide all the needed equipment, but if you’d prefer to use your own yoga mat, freel free to bring it along. Don’t forget your sweat towel and water bottle.

When are the classes

All Viva Gym timetables can be found here, currently, most of our gyms host at least one Mind and Body class a week, and they are completely free to join if you are a member.
