What is a New Release? 

Les Mils together with Viva Gym Instructors will coach you through new and improved cutting edge moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and the hottest new music to keep your heart rate up. 

GRIT:

Grit is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout. This workout uses a variety of body weight exercises and provides the challenge and intensity you need to get results fast. This class takes HIIT and combines it with hot music 

GRIT will help you:

  • Improve cardio fitness
  • Increase lean muscle
  • Maximize calorie burn

BODYPUMP:

Get the whole body working using light to moderate weights, Our instructors will coach you through new moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

BODYPUMP will help you:

  • Build strength
  • Get lean & toned
  • Work all major muscles

BODYCOMBAT: 

You’ll punch and kick your way to fitness in this class. This high-energy workout. You’ll release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ.
