Which is what we all really want when we start hitting the gym (again), so yippee!

If you are a complete newbie, you haven’t been to the gym in ages or you are recovering from an injury and you want to start living your bestest fittest life again, this is for you! It’s literally a downloadable step-by-step guide with exercises pictured and described, so you know what your in for and what to plan for. It’s also not hugely intensive, so you don’t have to worry about having to start off going to the gym six days a week, you’ll build to that. It’s all about laying down a solid foundation and not hurting yourself.

We want to see you get fitter and better week on week so make sure that it’s OK with your doctor first. This is something we strongly recommend before starting any fitness routine particularly if you have any pre-existing conditions.
