Are you just starting off, starting again or coming back after an injury and want to burn some calories? Then it’s worth downloading this guide! Let’s start off slow and build something solid. All exercises are pictured, described in detail and include the number of reps, so you’ll know how to do what and how much of what you need to do (phew).
