Greek Salad with Tuna

Bored with your usual sandwich or salad for lunch? Time to start looking forward to your lunches with Viva Gym’s suggested recipe for the perfect easy-to-make meal that is affordable, low on calories and delicious to eat! This Greek Salad with tuna will get you on the right track with healthy eating, will give you that extra bit of energy to get through the work day and will not break the bank. It’s a must try!

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, whisk together two teaspoons of olive oil, two teaspoons of red wine vinegar, half a teaspoon dried oregano, and add salt and pepper for taste.

2. Toss with three cups of chopped romaine, seventy grams of ounces water-packed tuna, half a cup of diced cucumber, half a cup of diced tomato, half a cup of cooked whole-grain couscous, one tablespoon crumbled feta, and four chopped olives.

3. Enjoy your best lunch yet!
